With our offices located in Paarl, we strive to assist all emerging and established companies to claim back a portion of their Skills Development Levy contribution from their relevant SETA. We handle all the paperwork, administration and SETA liaison on behalf of our clients, ensuring employers a trained workforce which will increase productivity.

We can do all of this at a lower annual cost than you'd pay to an in-house Skills Development Manager per month.

Services

Skills development strategic planning

This includes the following:

  • Align skills prioritization with the company's strategic objectives (e.g. B-BBEE spend on skills, growth, sales, EE plan etc.).
  • Source all the costings from training providers for training budget analysis.

Mandatory Grant claims

This include the following:

  • Complete all the required documentation for the WSP submissions
  • Complete all the required documentation for the ATR submissions
  • Submitting above to relevant SETA
  • Assisting with the implementation of the WSP
  • Liaison with the relevant SETA on behalf of our clients
  • Attending WSP/ATR forums with the client’s SETA on their behalf

SETA Liaison

These services include:

  • Attend SETA meetings and forums on behalf of our clients.
  • Liaise with the SETA on behalf of our clients regarding skills development.

HR Services

These services include:

  • Human Resources Management Practices
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Team Building & Event Planning
  • HR Related Investigations

Discretionary Grant claims

Complete and submit all the required documentation regarding the DG which includes:

  • Completing a customized training needs analysis (if necessary)
  • Completing SETA MOA’s
  • Completing learnership contracts
  • Completing bursary contracts
  • Completing SETA learner contracts for skills programs
  • Completing mid-term reports
  • Completing close-out reports
  • Submitting above to relevant SETA
  • Handle all corrections required by the SETA
  • Executing skills development of the clients' B-BBEE & EE plan
  • Handle financial administration of all approved interventions
  • Liaison with the relevant SETA on behalf of our clients
  • Attending meetings with the client’s SETA on their behalf

Coordination of the Entire Training Calendar

This includes the following:

  • Source all training providers on behalf of the client.
  • Plan, book and arrange all DG approved training intervention on behalf of the client.
  • Distribute training calendar for the year to all relevant managers in your company.
  • Provide monthly feedback on the progress of training in relation to the client’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure certificates of external training is received in good order.
  • Book boardrooms onsite and offsite for external training (for payment of the client).
  • Reconciliation of all external training (SETA & NON-SETA).
  • Organizing transport for candidates attending training off-site (for payment of the client).
  • Attending meetings with training providers on behalf of the client.
  • Assisting HR with external training related filing.
