For complete control over the quality of our products, all our meats are prepared in store from carcase. We have a wide range of traditional cuts as well as marinated beef, pork, lamb, venison and chicken. We make all our sausages, cold meats, salami, smoked meat, schnitzels, German wurst, etc on the premises to our personal standard.

Our famous Vans Plaaswors Boerewors is something of a legend and our famous biltong and droewors are no less of a treat!
