Sutherland Quantity Surveyors started in August 2013 after Ian Sutherland resigned from Aecom (previously known as Davis Langdon).
Sutherland Quantity Surveyors currently have completed projects in Century City with Rabie Properties and in Val de Vie Polo Estate to the value of R500 million. Our biggest project was Bridge Park, ABSA’s new regional head office where we were the Principal Agents and in association with Aecom for the Quantity Surveyors services.
Sutherland Quantity Surveyors has been involved in major projects like the Cape Town Stadium as the lead QS, Pick ‘n Pay head office in Claremont, Villa Italia Residential development in Century City, Hugh Street mixed used development in Tygervalley and Bella Rosa mixed used development in Tygervalley.
Sutherland Quantity Surveyors has also been involved in upmarket residential developments like Johan Rupert’s house in Leopard Creek, Val de Vie Polo Village and Fancourt Golf Estate.
The company prides itself in personal involvement and experience from the principal of the company on each project.
